How the Custom Hat Process Works

1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the inquiry form below with your desired hat style, color preferences, rough quantity, and upload your logo or design concept.
2. Digital Proof & Material Selection: We review your artwork and recommend the best patch style—whether that’s vibrant Full-Color UV, custom acrylic, or one of our dozens of leatherette colorways. We’ll send you a digital proof showing exactly how your logo and hat will look before anything goes into production.
3. Crafting & Pressing: Once approved, your patches are prepared and permanently heat-fused to your hats.
4. Delivery: Your hats are carefully inspected, boxed, and shipped directly to your door.
